Last updated: June 5, 2026

Welcome to LogisticsTrucks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of logisticstrucks.com and the virtual assistant services we provide. By accessing this site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1. Services

LogisticsTrucks provides virtual assistant services to owner-operators, carriers, and freight brokers in the trucking and logistics industry. Services include dispatch support, operations management, compliance tracking, billing and invoicing assistance, and related back-office functions. The specific scope of work, hours, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate service agreement at the time of onboarding.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misrepresent your identity, company, or fleet size
  • Treat assigned virtual assistants with professionalism and respect
  • Not directly hire or solicit our VAs outside of our service during an active engagement or within 12 months of its conclusion
  • Not use our website to transmit harmful code, spam, or unauthorized content

4. Consultation and Onboarding

Submitting a consultation request does not obligate you to purchase any services. Our team will assess your needs and propose a plan. Service terms, pricing, and start dates are confirmed only upon mutual written agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing for VA services is provided during the consultation process and confirmed in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Services are billed monthly based on agreed weekly hours and tier rate
  • Payments are due per the schedule in your service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Refund policies are detailed in your individual service agreement
  • Plans are month-to-month; you may scale hours or pause with notice as specified in your service agreement

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of LogisticsTrucks or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet every specific requirement, that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any VA placement will achieve particular business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogisticsTrucks and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LogisticsTrucks and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state where LogisticsTrucks maintains its principal place of business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
